The Children’s Home cares about its employees, and embodies its own mission statement, as it “grows healthy futures for children, adults and families by ministering to the mind, body and spirit”. We try to help our employees maintain a balance between work and life by providing you with a benefits package that meets your needs and is attractive enough to attract and retain professionals such as yourselves. Many of these benefits are employer paid. One of the advantages of working for the children’s home is also our educational assistance program, as well as the ability for new graduates to earn supervised clinical supervision time. The benefits we provide our eligible employees are detailed below
