The Children’s Home believes in taking an experiential approach to helping at-risk children heal and grow. We recruit staff members who believe in this process and strive to serve children by actively engaging in activities such as biking, animal care, dancing, ropes course activities, sports, art and music. Staff also help children to reflect on their experiences and to apply the lessons learned to their lives.
To become a successful member of our team, The Children’s Home requires:

- A physical examination
- A clean driving record
Once hired, you will be required to attend an intensive two-week paid orientation process. During this time you will learn what it takes to be successful as a Children’s Home employee.
